We loved this brand-new hotel for its quiet atmosphere and very very helpful and attentive staff. The location was quiet and unbeatable, blocks from the beach. The venue was a reasonable base for enjoying a secure area:)))

Very clean, amazing pool and Jacuzzi on the roof!!! Staff are as responsive as possible, not expensive, great location and close to the sea!!!

The a double room with a safe as well as good toilet facilities. Outstanding food for breakfast. Great service, free parking available nearby.
Internet connection was weak.

The location was convenient, just a block away from several shops and a local food street. The rooftop pool was small but clean and rarely crowded, a nice bonus. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable in common areas, and having to wait for parking was a hassle. A guest's poor behavior near the pool also led to some missing money, highlighting the need for better security awareness.

I greatly enjoyed particularly good and excellent location and how the place is clean. Had great-sized and spotless room complete with good toilet facilities and a safe, as for instance. The most important was the staff - affable and amicable people.

Great stay near the beach!
The place is super close to the beach, just a quick walk. The room was big and comfy, though I wish they had a hairdryer. The aircon leaked a bit, but they fixed it fast. Grabbed some snacks downstairs, nice. Just watch your stuff at the pool!

Clean room, friendly staff, the air conditioning was very efficient and the location was perfect, only a short walk to the beach and a huge Super WalMart nearby for any essentials.
I had an issue with the other guests near the pool.

The staff provided excellent service, and the rooftop pool offered a nice way to relax. One downside was the weak WiFi, but overall, it was a pleasant experience during my trip to Acapulco.

We loved the easy walk to the beach and Walmart. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great! The small pool was just right for us since it was never crowded. Definitely recommend checking out the local market too.
